General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") are entered into between rrbaje (hereinafter "rrbaje", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the User", or "the Player") who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the online gaming services available at rrbaje.net and its associated subdomains, mobile sites, and applications.

By accessing the rrbaje platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as an unregistered visitor — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the rrbaje platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept any modification, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms are published in English. English is the authoritative language of this Agreement. Any translation provided for informational purposes carries no legal weight, and the English version shall govern in all interpretations and disputes.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the rrbaje platform is conditional upon satisfying all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, business, or corporate entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or agent of rrbaje, nor are you a close family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously been excluded from rrbaje through our self-exclusion programme, and you have not had an account closed by rrbaje due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming and gambling activities. Users are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
• You are not acting under any form of legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.

rrbaje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any user at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete. If it is determined that a user is underage, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits will be returned (minus any winnings generated), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors in their care do not access the rrbaje platform. We recommend using parental control software to restrict access to gambling sites for underage individuals sharing your devices or network.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered by rrbaje, including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings, you must create a registered account. Account registration is free of charge.

Registration Requirements

When registering an account on rrbaje, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times. This includes but is not limited to:

You are prohibited from creating more than one account on rrbaje. Duplicate accounts, including accounts created under different names or email addresses by the same individual, are strictly forbidden and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balances or pending withdrawals on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

rrbaje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. rrbaje may also require KYC verification at registration or at any point during a user's account lifecycle. Acceptable identity documents include:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Bangladeshi driving licence with photograph
• Birth certificate (for age verification in conjunction with another document)

Proof of address may also be required, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence bearing your name and residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the past three months.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rrbaje account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rrbaje will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact rrbaje support immediately at [email protected].

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

rrbaje processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in BDT. The platform supports a range of local and international payment methods to ensure accessibility for players across all divisions of Bangladesh.

Deposits

Deposits to your rrbaje account are processed instantly for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for bank transfer methods. A minimum deposit of ৳200 applies across all payment methods unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. rrbaje does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which rrbaje accepts no liability.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of the deposit and potential account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests made via bKash or Nagad are processed within minutes to a maximum of two hours, subject to our security checks. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days. A minimum withdrawal of ৳500 applies unless otherwise stated.

Winnings arising from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 5 (Bonuses & Promotions) and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied. rrbaje reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times. Withdrawal requests associated with suspected fraud or policy violations may be withheld pending investigation.

Bonuses & Promotions

rrbaje offers a range of bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between an offer-specific term and these general bonus terms, the offer-specific term shall prevail.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above only.
• One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, and per device applies unless the bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the offer terms. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• The standard wagering requirement for rrbaje welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited unless the offer states a different timeframe.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino, certain progressive jackpot slots, and virtual sports — may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate towards wagering requirements. Full contribution rates are detailed in each offer's terms.
• rrbaje reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, exploit loopholes, or engage in any form of bonus fraud.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements process.

During significant cultural and sporting events in Bangladesh — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments such as BPL and T20 World Cup — rrbaje may publish seasonal promotions with their own specific terms. These promotions are in addition to standard platform offers and are subject to the same general bonus policy unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on rrbaje are governed by their own specific game or market rules, which are available within the relevant game or betting section of the platform. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on rrbaje:

• All bets are final once confirmed. rrbaje does not accept requests to cancel, void, or alter a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except where an obvious system error has occurred or where rrbaje determines that market settlement is affected by a manifest error.
• rrbaje reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

• Collusion between players, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
• rrbaje reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits, stake restrictions, or payout caps on any game, market, or individual player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled based on official results as published by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In-play markets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the market closes or at the final result, as specified by the individual market rules. Football, water polo, basketball, kabaddi, and other sports markets are settled based on the official results of the relevant sporting body.

Responsible Gaming

rrbaje is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting players who may be at risk of developing gambling-related problems. We provide a suite of responsible gaming tools that all registered players can access at any time through their account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately; a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your rrbaje account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, rrbaje will process the closure within five business days. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful identity verification.

Suspension or Closure by rrbaje

rrbaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if it determines that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has created or is suspected of operating multiple accounts.
• The player's account shows signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of bonus offers.
• The player has engaged in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating.
• rrbaje is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or the instruction of a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, rrbaje reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including deposits and winnings, if such forfeiture is permitted under applicable law. rrbaje will endeavour to provide reasons for account closure where legally and operationally possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rrbaje platform — including but not limited to the rrbaje brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text content, graphics, images, audio, video, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of rrbaje or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rrbaje platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any rrbaje content without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on rrbaje content or software.
• Use rrbaje's name, logo, or branding in any context not expressly authorised by rrbaje.
• Frame or mirror any rrbaje page on any external website or application.
• Use any automated data extraction tools, crawlers, or scrapers on the rrbaje platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to rrbaje for distribution. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of such content is a violation of both these Terms and the intellectual property rights of the relevant studios.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rrbaje and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the rrbaje platform, including but not limited to:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles, as applied by the jurisdiction in which rrbaje holds its operating licence.

rrbaje operates under an international gaming licence. Users access the platform from Bangladesh at their own initiative and are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in their own jurisdiction. rrbaje makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Access to rrbaje from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited is done entirely at the user's own risk.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the rrbaje platform — including bet settlement, bonus disputes, account access issues, or payment queries — you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Neither party shall be entitled to commence arbitration, litigation, or any other formal dispute resolution process without first exhausting rrbaje's internal complaint resolution procedure as described above.

Amendments to These Terms

rrbaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in platform functionality, changes in business operations, or improvements to player protection measures.

When material changes are made to these Terms, rrbaje will publish the updated Terms on the platform website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where we have your contact details, we will also make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes via email. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the rrbaje platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

The version of the Terms published on the platform at the time of any dispute shall be the version that governs that dispute, unless the change giving rise to the dispute was not adequately communicated to you in accordance with this section, in which case the version in force immediately before that change shall apply.
